Fees & Registration

All conference attending participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend. Conference registration fee varies, depending on the choice of events by the delegates. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after November 9, 2008. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a letter of participation soon after their arrival at the conference venue.

Payment Details:- All payments must be made in Euros. You can choose between these methods of payment: Online Payment is encouraged. Credit cards like Visa, Master-/Euro card, and American Express are accepted. Kindly indicate card type, card holder, card number, expiry date, and the security code (CVC) on the registration form. The credit card must be valid for at least two months beyond the transmission date (Will start soon).

 Bank Transfer: Bank details will be sent to Participants through e-mail after request has been made.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation of a registration is received in writing (regular mail, fax or e-mail) by November 9, 2008, the fees is refundable after deducting €250. Refunds will be made after the meeting. No refunds are possible for cancellations received after November 9, 2008, or for no-shows (no return).

Important: Please specify as reference 'your name / registration ID'. If you are a member of an EU state, we recommend using the EU Standard Remittance Form, which will allow you to make bank transfers within the EU at inland rates. In either case, please make sure that the payee receives the full conference fee. All conference participants, including speakers and delegates, are expected to register.
