Q. Is there a time limit that I must complete a course within?
A. Yes. You have 12 months to complete your certificate program. Contact specific program information for details.

Q. What kind of materials will I receive?
A. You will receive a set of CD-ROMs and a study guide to compliment the lecture materials. The CDs are provided to ensure that you will get the right material and program.

Q. What if I have a question or concern? Is there someone I can speak to?

Q. Will I have assignments or exams?
A. At the end of each course, there will be an “open book” set of questions you must answer online before receiving your certificate or we will send you set of questions to answer in due date. Plus one research paper you will have to submit by the end of your program.

Q. Will my certificates reflect that I earned them online?
A. No, your certificates are the same as if you took the program in a campus-based setting. There is nothing like online here, it is more correspondence then online.
