Getting the Application

When you have completed the required classes, fill out the application and return it with a UW unofficial transcript to:

Please print your name clearly as you wish it to appear and include your permanent mailing address. Certificates are not printed on a regular schedule so there may be some delay between your date of completion and receipt of your certificate.

Important

It is very important that you read all instructions before completing the application form. While the application form is quite easy to complete, you should be acquainted these with application policies, guidelines and deadlines before you apply. Because your application for admission also serves as your application for scholarships, you'll need to be familiar with our financial aid and scholarship information as well.

Students are encouraged to file an application approximately sixty (30) days prior to the beginning of the semester of enrollment to ensure adequate time for all necessary records to be received and evaluated.

The application must be accompanied by the €100 application fee (which covers a part of the processing expense and is not refundable).

The processing of this completed form by the Office of Admissions will immediately designate the student as a final applicant to the center. Subsequently, a copy of school credentials must also be filled with the office of admissions. The personal statement and recommendation letters are important but non compulsory.
The evaluation of an applicant's credentials begins as soon as all of the application materials have been received.
